Equity Access Doesn't Work Without Limits
Why some Mindful Passions configurations don't offer Equity Access

If you arrived because a configuration you wanted says "Equity Access is not available for this configuration" — this is the real explanation.
What Equity Access is
Equity Access is a pricing adjustment. It changes the cost, not the coaching.
Clients using Equity Access receive the same container, the same response cadence, the same quality of presence. Nothing changes except the number on the invoice.
It exists because financial capacity changes — often because of systems that were not built to support you. Caregiving seasons. Health challenges. Transition. These are not character flaws. They are life.
Passes are available at 25%, 50%, and 75% off. Once approved, your pass applies to any eligible configuration at your discount tier or lower — automatically, for 12 months.
Why some configurations don't have it
Here is what doesn't get said often enough:
Each configuration is built to carry a defined number of clients at a defined pace. That structure is not arbitrary. It is what makes the work function.
What you are paying for is not a framework or a session plan. It is a practitioner with enough left to give — for the full length of the container. That requires a delivery model that can hold it.
Equity Access fits where the structure supports it. When a configuration's load allows for an EA seat without compressing delivery quality, it carries EA. When the numbers don't hold, it doesn't.
Offering EA beyond what the structure can support would degrade the thing you came for. That is not a trade we make.
This is not a gate. It is a guarantee.
The configurations that carry Equity Access are marked. The ones that don't will tell you clearly.
What this means in practice
If you already hold an EA Pass, it applies to every eligible configuration automatically. No additional applications. Your full 12-month window, your tier or lower.
